Estanterías Simón SL, domiciled in Alfamén, P° de Alfamen, C/ Poligono C, n° 3, Zaragoza, has a quality certificate and guarantee on its metal shelving products for a period of 5 years from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and/or material defects and undertakes to replace them free of charge for the customer.
THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- The product should be used indoors in dry or slightly humid environments.
- Any modification or alteration made to the product will invalidate this warranty.
- Damage caused by using the product for purposes other than those for which it was intended shall not be covered.
- Any deformation or breakage due to misuse or manipulation of the components of the metal shelving is exempted.

The management of ESTANTERÍAS SIMÓN, a company that manufactures and distributes storage systems, takes responsibility and is committed to maintaining a Chain of Custody Management System.
PEstanterías Simón is committed to:
- Management of chain of custody, legal and regulatory guidelines and continuous improvement to increase the effectiveness of the management system.
