Quality and Guarantee Certificate

Estanterías Simón SL, domiciled in Alfamén, P° de Alfamen, C/ Poligono C, n° 3, Zaragoza, has a quality certificate and guarantee on its metal shelving products for a period of 5 years from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and/or material defects and undertakes to replace them free of charge for the customer.

THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

The product should be used indoors in dry or slightly humid environments.
Any modification or alteration made to the product will invalidate this warranty.
Damage caused by using the product for purposes other than those for which it was intended shall not be covered.
Any deformation or breakage due to misuse or manipulation of the components of the metal shelving is exempted.

Annually review the management system and make all employees of Estanterías Simón aware of what a chain of custody represents,

Make it a priority to do things right the first time.
Establish continuous training for all staff as a basis for the continuous improvement of the management system and make it.
